NAVRA Beta Tester Guide

What NAVRA Is

NAVRA is a Florida-focused pre-listing risk and deal-sensitivity tool for real estate agents. It helps identify potential repair, insurance, financing, inspection, negotiation, and buyer-confidence issues before or during a transaction.

If you are curious about the letters, they expand to Navigate Valuation & Risk Analysis—think of that as background, not something you need to say out loud every time you use the product name.

What Beta Testers Should Try

  • Create a new analysis
  • Enter a real or realistic property scenario
  • Generate a NAVRA score
  • Review the risk drivers and recommended actions
  • Save the analysis
  • Open the saved report
  • Upload a cover photo if helpful
  • Edit the report and update it
  • Try the print/save PDF option
  • Use search/filter/sort on Saved Analyses
  • Submit feedback using the Feedback page

What Kind of Feedback Is Most Helpful

  • Scores that feel too high or too low
  • Confusing wording
  • Missing risk factors
  • Report layout issues
  • PDF/print issues
  • Anything that feels clunky
  • Real-world situations the app does not handle well

Current Scope

NAVRA is currently Florida-focused. Current scoring guidance is based on Florida real estate conditions, insurance realities, and transaction/deal-risk patterns.

It is not yet nationally calibrated. Future versions may include state-specific scoring models.

Important Disclaimer

NAVRA is a preliminary decision-support tool. It is not a substitute for professional inspections, contractor evaluations, insurance underwriting, lending review, seller disclosure obligations, or legal advice.

Beta Mindset

This is an early working version. Feedback is expected and appreciated. The goal is to improve the scoring, language, flow, and usefulness before wider release.

Do not worry about breaking anything. Exploring edge cases is part of the beta.
