How NAVRA™ handles account, report, billing, and contact information.

NAVRA™ is a pre-listing risk intelligence web application operated by Firewave Media LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how users can contact us with privacy-related questions.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

Account information

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Login/authentication information
  • Account settings and profile details

Property and report information

  • Property address or location details entered by the user
  • Property characteristics, risk-factor inputs, notes, uploaded images, and related analysis details
  • Saved reports and generated report content

Feedback and contact information

  • Name, email address, message content, page area, and category submitted through feedback or contact forms

Billing information

  • Subscription, checkout, and payment status information handled through Stripe
  • NAVRA does not intentionally store full credit card numbers on its own servers

Uploaded files or images

  • Agent headshots, property images, or other files uploaded by users as part of the application experience

Technical information

  • Device/browser information
  • Basic usage and diagnostic information
  • IP address or similar technical identifiers, where collected by hosting, analytics, authentication, or security providers

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Create and manage user accounts
  • Allow users to create, save, edit, and view NAVRA analyses and reports
  • Display user profile information, branding, or uploaded images inside reports where applicable
  • Process subscriptions and billing through Stripe
  • Respond to feedback, support requests, or contact form submissions
  • Improve NAVRA's functionality, reliability, security, and user experience
  • Monitor for abuse, unauthorized access, or technical issues
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

3. Third-Party Services

NAVRA uses third-party service providers to operate the application. These may include:

  • Supabase for authentication, database, file storage, and related backend services
  • Stripe for subscription checkout, payment processing, billing, and customer payment status
  • Vercel for hosting and deployment
  • Analytics or diagnostic tools if enabled

These providers may process information as needed to provide their services. Their use of information is also governed by their own privacy policies and legal terms.

4. Payment Information

Payments and subscriptions are processed through Stripe. NAVRA may receive payment status, subscription status, customer ID, plan information, and related billing metadata from Stripe.

NAVRA does not intentionally collect or store full credit card numbers. Payment method details are handled by Stripe.

5. Property and Report Information

Users may enter property-specific information into NAVRA to generate pre-listing risk reports. This may include property address, notes, condition details, risk factors, photos, and other information relevant to the report.

Users are responsible for making sure they have the right to enter and use the information they provide.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell user information.

We may share information only as needed to:

  • Operate NAVRA through service providers such as Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, and similar providers
  • Process billing and subscriptions
  • Respond to user requests
  • Protect the security and integrity of the application
  • Comply with applicable laws, legal process, or lawful requests
  • Transfer information in connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information. However, no online service, database, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users should protect their login credentials and avoid entering information they are not authorized to use.

8. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide NAVRA, maintain user accounts, support saved reports, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Users may request deletion of their account or certain information by contacting us.

9. User Choices and Requests

Users may contact us to request help with:

  • Accessing account information
  • Correcting account information
  • Deleting an account
  • Removing uploaded files or saved reports where feasible
  • Asking privacy-related questions

10. Children's Privacy

NAVRA is intended for use by real estate professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
