Terms of Use

The basic terms for using NAVRA™.

Last updated

May 27, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of NAVRA™, a pre-listing risk intelligence web application operated by Firewave Media LLC.

By creating an account, accessing NAVRA, or using the application, you agree to these Terms.

1. What NAVRA Provides

NAVRA is a software tool designed to help real estate professionals organize property information, identify potential pre-listing deal-friction areas, and generate practical reports based on user-entered information.

NAVRA is intended to support professional judgment and pre-listing conversations. It does not replace the judgment of a licensed real estate professional or any other qualified professional.

2. User Accounts

To use certain NAVRA features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Use NAVRA only for lawful business purposes
  • Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3. User-Entered Information

NAVRA reports are based on information entered by the user. You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of the information you enter.

You agree not to upload or enter information that:

  • You do not have permission to use
  • Is intentionally false or misleading
  • Violates the privacy or rights of another person
  • Contains unlawful, harmful, or malicious content
  • Is unrelated to legitimate use of the application

4. Reports and Output

NAVRA may generate scores, summaries, risk drivers, recommended actions, and report language based on user-entered information.

You are responsible for reviewing all NAVRA output before sharing it with clients, consumers, other agents, brokers, vendors, or third parties.

NAVRA output should not be presented as a guaranteed outcome, verified inspection result, legal conclusion, insurance determination, appraisal, or professional opinion from NAVRA.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain NAVRA features may require a paid subscription.

Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and checkout terms are displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through Stripe.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing according to the plan selected at checkout unless canceled.

Cancellation will stop future renewal charges, but it may not automatically refund amounts already paid unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

NAVRA may update pricing, plan features, or subscription options from time to time. Any material pricing changes for existing subscribers will be handled through reasonable notice or through the billing process where required.

For subscription or billing account questions, contact billing@usenavra.com. For general help, contact support@usenavra.com.

6. Free Trials, Beta Access, and Founding Member Access

NAVRA may offer free trials, beta access, founding member pricing, promotional access, or early-user plans.

These offers may be modified, limited, or discontinued at NAVRA's discretion. Specific plan terms shown at checkout or inside the application control the user's access.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or misuse the application
  • Attempt to bypass access controls, subscription limits, or security features
  • Use NAVRA to violate laws, MLS rules, brokerage policies, privacy rights, or professional obligations
  • Upload malware or harmful code
  • Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of NAVRA
  • Use NAVRA in a way that misrepresents what the application does

8. Intellectual Property

NAVRA, including its name, branding, interface, software, scoring structure, report structure, design, text, and related materials, is owned by Firewave Media LLC or its licensors.

Users may use NAVRA-generated reports for legitimate real estate business purposes consistent with their subscription and these Terms.

You may not copy, resell, reproduce, repackage, or create competing products from NAVRA's software, scoring logic, content, or report structure without written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

NAVRA relies on third-party services such as Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, and other providers for hosting, authentication, storage, payment processing, and related functionality.

NAVRA is not responsible for outages, interruptions, billing issues, or data-handling practices caused by third-party providers beyond NAVRA's reasonable control.

10. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep NAVRA available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

NAVRA may be updated, modified, improved, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We may also add, remove, or modify features as the product evolves.

11. No Warranty

NAVRA is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NAVRA makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the application, reports, scores, recommendations, availability, accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Firewave Media LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, lost data, failed transactions, contract disputes, or real estate deal outcomes arising from use of NAVRA.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NAVRA's total liability for any claim related to the application will not exceed the amount paid by the user to NAVRA during the three months before the claim arose.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Firewave Media LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of NAVRA
  • Information you enter into the application
  • Reports or outputs you share with others
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of laws, rules, professional obligations, or third-party rights

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to NAVRA if a user violates these Terms, fails to pay required subscription fees, misuses the application, or creates a security, legal, or operational risk.

Users may stop using NAVRA at any time and may cancel subscriptions through the available billing process or by contacting support@usenavra.com if billing management is not available.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
